The LaunchPad has received a donor gift to create paid positions for eleven student entrepreneurs (to be called Orange Ambassadors) this academic year. The goal is to support students with special financial needs to help facilitate continued access to a Syracuse education, particularly in light of the economic challenges and hardships many families are facing in the current pandemic. The positions are open to undergraduate students from any academic major. They will help with LaunchPad outreach and programming for the coming year, with a flexible time commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. Students interested in these paid positions should submit a cover letter explaining their financial need, as well as a resume.
