Event Production Intern

JetFuel Studio is looking for a Production Intern to join us on our journey of building the industry’s next great force in the experiential marketing space.


 

Here’s what we do:

  • Design, create, and activate experiential & live brand experiences
  • Produce, and manage touring sampling programs for a range of clients

Here’s what we’re looking for:

An eager Production Intern responsible for supporting the Production Team in daily tasks which may include: scheduling meetings, helping manage event schedules, location & event research, detailed note taking during meetings, assisting with asset sourcing, helping maintain JetFuel vendor and event databases. 


 

Here’s what you have:

  • An interest in experiential marketing, and a willingness to learn about the industry (Prior internship or work experience is a plus)
  • Currently attending or recently graduated from college and/or marketing industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work closely with the JetFuel team and clients
  • Strong computer application skills (Mac Preferred) - (Google Workspace Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, box.com, Zoom, monday.com) 
  • Experience in live event production and/or technical theatre production is a plus. 
  • Based in NYC area (ability to commute to our NYC Office 3 days/week)

Compensation 

  • Monthly stipend of $2,000, will be paid as non taxable income.
  • Summer Fridays 
  • Hybrid position: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH; standard working hours, 9:30a-5:30p
  • 3 month internship
