Digital Marketing Intern
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- 15-20 hours per week availability (Tuesday through Thursday). Must be able to commit at least 3-4 hours on the days you are available.
- In-person only.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing opportunities
PREFERRED (but not required) SKILLS:
- Social media property management experience (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Basic design/production skills for ideating & creating social media content (iOS design apps, Canva, Capcut)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Creative and analytical skills
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Planning social content surrounding certain client initiatives.
- Familiarity with various tour marketing platforms (Facebook Events, Songkick, BandsInTown)
- Email marketing platform familiarity (Mailchimp, Emma, ExactTarget, etc.)
- Website management experience (WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix, etc.)
- Ability to compile and analyze social media and digital streaming platform data.
- General understanding of digital music distribution (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.)
