nocolor is a bold, New York-based brand that's upending the jewelry industry - and succeeding at it. The world no longer needs to displace communities to steal diamonds from the earth, we create clean, ethical diamonds from solar energy. We then create stellar, on-trend and heritage jewelry pieces and give them away at very little margins. We believe this will challenge the rest of the industry to come clean about their exorbitant margins and create a more ethical experience for the next generation of fans of jewelry.
We launch one new piece each month our “Drop” while offering a small, thoughtfully curated Core Collection of essential, everyday fine jewelry. All our diamonds are ethically lab-created, and we’re committed to making exceptional quality more accessible.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social. As the Social Media & Content Intern, you'll work directly with our co-founder to help grow the nocolor presence across platforms. You'll assist in planning and posting content, sharing product launches, and building a community around transparency, quality, and culture. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who’s excited by storytelling, branding, and the creative side of e-commerce. You’ll be exposed to what it’s like to build and grow a brand from the inside.
What You'll Do:
Support in planning and posting content across Instagram and TikTok
Help schedule campaigns around monthly product drops
Assist with ideation and execution of stories, posts, and light video
Provide input on influencer outreach and partnerships
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Stay on top of trends in fashion, jewelry, and content creation
Who You Are:
You love jewelry and understand the aesthetics of modern luxury
You have a strong visual eye and care about details
You know your way around social tools like Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut
You’re comfortable being scrappy and resourceful
You understand storytelling and what drives engagement
You're collaborative, curious, and excited to grow with a brand
